#PSBackToSchool With Pure Spoon Fruit & Veggie Purees
Pure Spoon makes cold-pasteurized, organic fruit and veggie purees for kids. What makes Pure Spoon unique is that it uses high-pressure pasteurization, HPP, the cold pasteurization technique used by many premium juice companies. HPP maintains the integrity of the food’s flavor, vitamins and minerals. They only use fresh, certified organic produce, that remains raw or is lightly steamed. They also use the entire fruit and vegetable, both juice and fiber.
Pure Spoon has better nutrition and flavor. Pure Spoon makes eleven flavors – Spinach, Pear, & Banana; Sweet Potato & Apples; Creamy Avocado & Pears; Carrots & Zucchini; Blueberry, Banana & Apples; Simply Carrots; Apples & Broccoli; Butternut Squash, Apples & Oats; Creamy Avocado & Apples; Simply Pears and Simply Apples all are available in single-serve 4.2 oz. containers.
These are some of the flavors I received to try.
Each come with a cap to reseal if you do not want to eat or use everything at once. They are also sealed with plastic for freshness. These are in the refrigerated section of several stores.
This has blueberry, banana, and apples. To me there is not one individual flavor that jumps out at me when I try this. It is very good. Some of the flavors I have not tried yet but I do have some different ideas on what these are great for besides babies.
These fit into any lunch container and they would be a great addition to any lunch.
Kids love apple sauce and what is better than something you know is made to be the healthiest.
These are great for adults and kids.
They have other unique combinations. This one is Creamy Avocado and Apples. My husband did not care for it, but I thought it was good.
Besides babies and addition to lunches there are more things that these are perfect for. I have a favorite carrot cake recipe we make, I plan on trying different ones into this recipe instead of the unhealthy oil the recipe calls for. I think any of these will be great in it. Some of these could be put into mashed potatoes instead of butter. Now you have an easy way to sneak in veggies to someone that does not normally care for them.
