It can be a good step to take to take the time to create some challenges that push you out of your comfort zone. Perhaps you could opt to make a list of things that you have always wanted to do but that have scared you too much to actually do. Then you could spend some time working on ticking each of these things off your list, starting with the smaller things and slowly building up to the scarier and more daunting challenges.
