GPS Origins Do You Want To Know Where You Are From?
GPS Origins™ is a revolutionary ancestry DNA test that takes you deep into your family history. Traditionally, DNA ancestry tests provide a report of your ‘ethnicity’ and find parts of your DNA in broad continental sweeps, but nothing specific, not even to the country level. The GPS Origins™ (Geographic Population Structure) ancestry test combines the latest genetic research with a new ancestral tracking technique to pinpoint more precisely where your DNA began. The GPS Origins™ test indicates the town or village where groups of your ancestors from different cultures met – building a vibrant picture of the migration journeys that formed your deep genealogical heritage.
Have you ever wanted to know exactly where your ancestors came from? GPS Origins helped me find out, and it was actually really interesting! They travel way back and show you on the map, while also explaining where the group of people in your background are from. They explain it much better when you receive your results:
GPS Origins™ will uncover your ancestry, specifically the journey of your DNA which shaped who you are today.
Learn about the distinct genetic communities that share your origins, the routes your DNA traveled, and why it settled in particular places. Your DNA reflects exciting events throughout evolutionary history!
GPS Origins unique algorithm, developed by Dr Eran Elhaik and his team at the University of Sheffield, identifies with unprecedented accuracy where and when the key parts of your genetic makeup were formed.
This is a small picture of my top 3 gene pool. They do a great job of explaining what each pool is made up of and where they came from starting before the ice age until now. They even have a DNA migration route that shows you how your DNA got to where it is now. They talk about some of the things past family members would have lived through.
To start with you will get this envelope in the mail. It has everything you need to get GPS Origins what they need to get your background. They explain exactly how to use it.
They have you put the swab in your mouth and rub it on the inside of your cheek, rubbing it so it collects the DNA it needs to process your order. You do it twice so they know they will have what is needed. Then you put it in the envelope and seal it, mail it and wait for an email to say your report is completed.
It took me a little while to understand everything but if you read the report, let it sink in for a day or two. Then re-read it, you will be fine. This is really interesting. I have been told we have Irish in us and I was surprised how little Irish we actually have in us, so you never know what you will find out!

I received this product to give my honest opinion.
This sounds wonderful! I would love to have myself tested and find out where all my family is from, but I hear that
they are expensive.

I think the title is perfect. I am not sure I want to know. I tried finding my ancestry and after a zillion hours I didn’t have a lot of info. I have a genetic disorder that would be fun to track, but not sure if I really want to see some of the information. Not sure I come from the best stock 🙂
I’m really interested in this kind of stuff. It would be really fun to find out more about my Native American background.
I think this is so cool that they can do this now. I would love to know where I am from.
