Michigan’s Adventure AND WildWater Adventure
I was able to visit Michigan’s Adventure and WildWater Adventure this weekend to start their 60th Anniversary year. We had so much fun and I took lots of pictures so I could show everyone. Desiree, Madison, Morgan, hubby, and I all went for a super fun day!!
This park is not so huge that you get wore out before the day ends. It is actually the perfect size! It has lots of thrilling rollercoasters and other rides. They have smaller rides for the little ones. Then the WildWater Adventure is a great way to cool down and relax, or take off and try to go on every water ride they have!
If I lived closer I would have a season pass and we could go as often as possible. It is a great deal and they even offer a payment plan! They have a list of 100 reasons why you should get a season pass and #16 is Pay for your pass with low monthly payments, and enjoy the fun right away.
The sign for Michigan’s Adventure is easy to recognize and the GPS did not get us lost!
Both sides of the entrance gets all of us super excited!
The kids loved getting their picture with Snoopy!
We wanted to eat before we started riding anything. So we stopped at the first place we seen. The kids got some great chicken strips and I got a hamburg with fries. We really enjoyed how the diner looked like it was from the 50’s!
I was able to get the best price when I bought 3 of these cups, which worked out perfectly! Plus they got free refills all day! They have another cup for season passholders that can be used the entire season!
They have games all over but this time the kids just wanted to ride. We put most of our items in a large locker and we were ready.
We started out slow, at the corkscrew! You will be surprised by all the roller coasters they have!
They have places like this so you can get refills or take a break and have a bite to eat.
Yes they have a lot of regular rides also!
Don’t forget Funland Farm!
The girls did not want to miss anything!
Look who we ran into on our way to go to WildWater Adventure. They have several Charlie Brown, Snoopy Boutiques so the kids can go home with something to remember their trip. Selfies with Snoopy #81 on the 100 reasons list.
After riding the SeaDragon we jumped on the train that took us to the back of the park.
Next stop Thunderhawk !
The girls had to ride this at least 4 times before we told them they would not have enough time to get wet if we did not stop!
This is the first time I have seen one of these. I wish they had these when we went years ago!
We were all ready to get wet! #35 on their 100 reasons: Get set to get wet!
It took the girls a little while to get up the Mammoth River slide!
But they had a blast coming down!
This is the Ridge Rider and the Wild Slide! They rode this about 20 times.
They have tables and lots of reclining chairs to sit in.
This one is called Slidewinders. The kids loved all the rides but especially the water rides.
Can’t forget the Tidal Wave.
We did not rent one of their cabanas but they are really nice, and lots of room! You can go to Cabana Rentals and reserve one for your trip!
The Lazy River is always nice to relax in! #47 on their 100 reasons: Float down our Lazy River.
Above is Half Pint Paradise. This is a calm, quiet place that is perfect for little ones! #80 on the 100 reasons.
I saved this water ride for last. The kids kept calling it the toilet bowl and I knew that could not be the name, the correct name is Funnel of Fear! Awesome ride!
We had a blast at Michigan’s Adventure and WildWater Adventure, you will too!! Go celebrate their 60th Anniversary today!
