Michigan’s Adventure – WildWater Adventure Is So Much Fun
When is the last time you let your hair down and had some fun? Just spent the day having fun with the kids? Well recently I was given the opportunity to visit Michigan’s Adventure and we made the most of the day!
Michigan’s Adventure is the largest amusement and water park in Michigan offering over 60 rides and attractions for thrill seekers of all ages. If speed and adventure are for you, they have Roller Coasters like Thunderhawk and Shivering Timbers, or Thrill Rides like Grand Rapids or HydroBlaster. If slower speeds are for you, the Family Rides like the Grand Carousel or Timbertown Railway will be perfect. And don’t forget to stop by Funland Farm! Included with park admission, Funland Farm (open 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily) features a variety of animals, including llamas, alpacas, a mini horse and a miniature donkey. Families can interact with the animals and create new photos and memories to last a lifetime.
My riding partner has never been on the log ride and she loved it!
They do a great job on the pictures they take when you first arrive. The one of the girls is my favorite. This is Desiree and her friend Autumn that came with us for the day. Autumn had never been on a roller coaster, by the end of the day she was an expert!
I put most of our photos and videos on the video above so you can see all there is to do. I am sure we missed part of it but we were busy all day!
Take a picture with Snoopy as you come in. There are lots of places in the park to get great pictures. Autumn is a huge Snoopy fan!
If you have little ones they will love Michigan’s Adventure as much as we did. There are so many rides for everyone of all ages.
See what I mean every age will be included in the fun!
Love games, well of course they have you covered!
Get your caricature draw and put it on your wall to remember your trip. Or just stop and take some quick fun pictures.
Everyone has to eat, at the front of the park you will find Cruisers. There are also lots of other places to eat all through the park.
Low speed rides are waiting for the people not riding the roller coasters.
Autumn was so scared to go on the Tilt-A-Whirl. Not sure why but she loved it once she rode it. There are signs all over that show you the height requirement on each ride.
Take a break from the rides and try your hand at miniature golf.
Who wants to go high and fast? Yeah there are lots of roller coasters this is only one of them!
Get out of the sun and take a break playing lots of games.
The water park you cannot miss. It has everything you need to have fun and stay cool!
Walk in and find a seat! This is just the beginning of the fun! Rent a cabana and have your own little private area.
Guest enjoy beach-like waves without the hassle of sand at Boogie Beach. Bigger kids plunge down the famous Funnel of Fear, and the whole family can soak in the sun on the Lazy River. WildWater Adventure is sure to deliver splash-tastic fun for the whole family.
The grandkids call the one on the Funnel of Fear the toilet bowl, because you swish around then get flushed out! The slides are amazing.
Half Pint Paradise was completely revamped with all new equipment including seven new kiddie slides. A new Splash Pad will offer a variety of interactive water play features shaped to reflect a sailboat navigating through fish, a sea serpent, and other sea creatures to stimulate the imagination of our littlest thrill seekers. Dumping water structures and bubbling geysers surround the features and make playtime exciting to the delight and engagement of younger park goers.
The Beach Party and Half Pint Paradise areas were also reconfigured so guests can move easily between the two family play areas with improved visibility. This will offer families with small thrill seekers the opportunity to concentrate their fun into an area designed just for them. Additional seating with shaded areas, plus private cabanas offer both relaxation and comfort for families seeking summertime fun!
Little ones will have so much fun on these slides and shapes.
This slide is great for the child that needs or wants the parent to slide with them.
This will keep everyone cool while they are having fun!
Yeah they have slides for the kids that do not want parents riding with them too!
Don’t miss this slide wow that is so much fun!
On your way out don’t forget to check out the gift shop. Snoopy Boutique has every size Snoopy you can think of! The girls each bought a new hat so they can remember their trip every time they wear it.
