This has got to be the best Christmas present I have ever seen. I would love to open a gift and know the person has really thought about what I would like. Paint Your Life can turn your picture into a work of art.
I was lucky enough to get to pick what picture I wanted to review just to let you know how great this company is.
Can you imagine, your favorite picture in oil, charcoal, watercolors, pencil, pastel, or acrylic. Paint Your Life lets you pick your picture, almost anything. Favorite pet(s), old family picture, wedding picture, baby picture, favorite vacation picture, almost anything.
It is so easy to order too. Just pick how many people, pets, or a landscape portrait.
Then choose the medium you would like your artwork to be in: oil, charcoal, watercolors, pencil, pastel, or acrylic. You can see example of each with the original picture showing just by rolling over it HERE. Some of these are amazing, you really need to see them.
Here are some examples of each:
Next you will choose the size and quantity. You can also choose their 1″ gallery wrap or framed.
Now you upload your picture. You can upload from your computer, facebook, or picasa. Their program will tell you immediately if there are any issues with the uploaded picture. The artist will look at it also and make for sure this will turn out for you. You can also upload reference pictures, so the artist will see an additional details of the face, for example.
You get to choose whether you want the artist to sign his work or not.
Now the background, you can let the artist choose, the original, or a solid background.
Last you can send notes that will help the artist, if you want to.
As far as payment you only need to pay a 20% deposit, the rest is due when the painting is approved.
Here are examples of what other people have ordered and loved. I found these on Paint Your Life site HERE.
Below is the picture I sent for Paint Your Life to paint.
It was so easy to order!
They sent me an email so I could approve my painting. Below is what they had me approve or change if I needed to.
So now for the bad news, the day I received the painting my husband took it to get it framed. So needless to say I will update this when we get it back, 2 – 3 weeks. All I can say is he must have loved it to work that fast!
Ok are you ready? Check this out and let me know what you think!
