This program has definitely helped me fall asleep! I have never made it through the whole mp3 track. When I am not using the mp3 player, I still find myself using the techniques used to help myself fall asleep.  This helps me to get into better sleep habits, so no more Tylenol pm!  I have told you in different reviews I am trying to get away from all the meds I take, this helps me a lot and without meds which is a big plus in my book!

This is very small so it will not bother you in the bed.  It is approximately 3 1/4 inches by 1 1/8 inch and about 3/8 inch thick.  The voice is very gentle.  The speaker is the circle thing on the left side.  On the end is an on/off button, a connection for the cord to charge it.  The first part of the tape explains what the recording does and how to use it, also how to use the strange-looking ear plugs.

This mask is so soft and comfortable.  It shuts off all light.  The straps are adjustable for the perfect fit.  I love these because of my sleep pattern being a lot of times during the daytime hours, this mask makes a huge difference.

  1. Reducing stress should allow for sleep to come easier. The supplemental recordings sound soothing with Ocean Waves and music for relaxation.
