Stretch Mark & Scar Cream Review
Instanatural makes lots of unique beauty products. I have been using this on my arm that I had surgery on in early September. The doctors have all been impressed at how good my scar looks, since it has not been very long.
As you can see it is a thick cream. It goes on really easy and soaks in easily. This product is used to minimize the appearance of current marks and prevent the forming of new ones.
I did not get a good recent picture but as you can see it is helping to get it healed. The scars are a lot lighter now.
I would like to take a look at their key ingredient list:
+ Vitamin C (15%)
+ Cocoa Butter
+ Rosehip Oil
+ Mango Butter
+ Grapeseed Oil
+ Evening Primrose Oil
Vitamin C – found on WebMD HERE: Vitamin C helps to minimize fine lines, scars, and wrinkles. It’s the only antioxidant that is proven to boost production of collagen, which is a key part of skin’s structure.
Cocoa Butter – found on WebMD HERE: An occlusive emollient derived from the cocoa bean.
Rosehip Oil – found on Huffington Post HERE – full of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids that are known to correct dark spots and hydrate dry, itchy skin, all while reducing scars and fine lines.
Mango Butter – I could not find specifics on this.
Grapeseed Oil – found on WebMD HERE – powerful antioxidant, will dry clear on your skin without a filmy residue. Grapeseed oil is also rich in vitamin E and linoleic acid which are essential oils for your skin health and nutrition.
Evening Primrose Oil – found on WebMD HERE – is a plant that’s native to Europe and North America. It has a long history of medical uses. Native Americans, for example, used its leaves, roots, and seedpods in preparations for hemorrhoids, bruises, wounds, and skin problems.
All of these products have been used (exclusive of the one I could not find) for some type of skin care for years. I could see where a combination of these could help with lots of things.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
