The Self Care Bucket List Helps Me Feel Better
Since we find ourselves staying home more and not able to go out and visit our friends, we need something that makes us feel better. The Self Care Bucket really worked for me. This box is full of cards that give us new ways to have fun, make others feel good, or just do something for ourselves. Right now we need a refresher on how to take care of us, so this set of cards will help us do it.
The Self Care Bucket List is stuffed full of cards. This will keep you busy for a long time and then you can start over. Or just draw a random one each day, whether repeated or not, and do what it tells you.
If you need to laugh then you want the green cards. Laughter can really make you feel better and you can even do some of these alone so no one else needs to know how silly you really want to be.
Life is getting overwhelming and if you are feeling that you need to just do something for yourself, then grab an yellow card. Be a little gentle with yourself and take your life back. The yellow cards gives you the “your time” we all crave. A lot of times we just skip over ourselves and we need to keep it together, so “me time” is a good thing.
Feeling the love, then share it with someone. Show people you care in small ways. Show strangers they are a wonderful person. Make love in your life a little easier and make someone’s day, which in turn will make you feel great.
