If you want fun and strategy all in one then Triple Cross is the one for both kids and adults. You might think you are going to win with your strategy and BAMM someone sneaks in and you are the loser, next time maybe!!
We laughed a lot while playing this game, and talked a lot of smack to each other, all in the name of fun. This games really is entertaining and opens teens to playing games with family and friends.
It’s one thing to be double-crossed, but triple-crossed? that’s taking things to a whole new level! in Triple cross, players engage in a head-to-head strategic battle, placing discs in the innovative Triple cross tower. Your aim, by game’s end, is to have more vertical and diagonal “three-in-a rows” than your opponent.
The unique design of the internal mechanism in the Triple cross tower makes this game unlike any other of its kind. Choose your moves wisely and you’ll be the boss of Triple cross!
game includes (1) plastic Triple cross tower unit with base; (2) sets of plastic colored discs, (12) orange and (12) green; (8) plastic blockers, (4) orange and (4) green; illustrated instructions.
The honeycomb-like tower has 8 rows, where players slide in their colored discs. Both players receive 12 discs and four blockers. Each row is a line, where the middle disc is slightly elevated higher than the discs on either side of it—which kind of looks like a caret symbol (^). Players take turns pushing in their discs on either side of the tower, but the catch is when another places his or her disc in the same spot, the original disc will slide into the slightly elevated spot. Or, if the row is full, players can even push another disc in to pop out the one on the other side. The disc is given back to the player, and this is also a savage move.
