Unshrink It Saves Our Sweaters
Ever washed a sweater and it came out the size of a kids sweater? I have in the past and hope I don’t do it again. But now with Unshrink it you have a chance to get that sweater back to your size. Unshrink it can save wool and cashmere sweaters in just a few steps. Save your sweater from a mistake anyone can make.
We all make mistakes in the laundry room – really, we do. But we no longer have to throw away our favorite wool jackets, sweaters, socks, dresses and gloves.
Unshrink it is a patent-pending liquid solution that helps people gently unshrink their wool clothes back up to their original size. It’s hand safe, color safe and sweater safe. No re-shrinkage. No damage. Real results.
Looking through drawers for those wool garments you don’t wear anymore because they shrank is always depressing. But did you know there’s a way to change all that? Unshrink It is the seemingly magical solution with the power to grow garments back to their original size! Safe for colors and effective on merino, wool blends, cashmere, angora and even more, Unshrink It is the quick, easy way to fix the damage that was done. Also available on Amazon.
When you buy a sweater, it is made up of long and straight wool fibers. The heat or agitation of the washer/dryer break the protein bonds and cause the fibers to curl up into a ball, shrinking your clothes.
Their patent-pending product interacts with the proteins in wool and relaxes the bonds in order to allow you to straighten out the fibers again. Once you’ve straightened the fibers, rinse the sweater in cold water to remove the solution. This allows the proteins to lock back into their original configuration!
